Shipping address (for Book delivery)
1.2 Payment Information. We process subscriptions through Stripe. We do not store your full payment details; Stripe handles payment processing in a PCI-compliant manner.
1.3 Journal Entries. You submit weekly diary entries (text, images, or other media). These are stored securely in Google Firebase.
1.4 Usage Data and Cookies. We automatically collect:
Log data (IP address, device type, browser, pages visited)
Analytics data (usage patterns, feature engagement)
Cookies and similar tracking technologies for marketing, analytics, and site performance.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data to:
Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
Authenticate and secure your account (using Firebase authentication).
Process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe.
Print and ship your Book, transmitting necessary entries and personal details to our print provider.
Communicate with you about updates, promotions, and support.
Analyze usage trends and marketing effectiveness.
3. Data Storage and Security
Google Firebase. All journal entries and associated data are encrypted at rest and in transit on Firebase. We enforce strict authentication rules so only you can access your entries online.
Stripe. Payment data is handled by Stripe under their PCI-compliance standards.
Secure Transmission. We use HTTPS/TLS for all data transfers.
Access Controls. Employee and third-party access to your data is limited to those requiring it to deliver the Service or support operations.
4. Sharing Your Information
We never sell or share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service:
Payment processing. We share necessary payment details with Stripe.
Printing and fulfillment. We share your journal entries, name, and shipping address with our print provider to produce and deliver your Book.
